Nature of the Work: Design-Build/Lease: The building is fully climate controlled to accommodate the high tolerances required in the aircraft engine business. Work required close adherences to FAA clean room specifications for the installation of critical, electrical, HVAC and process piping.

Nature of the work: Design-Build/Lease: Bridge Way Village is one of the newest retail/office complexes completed in Charleston's premier bedroom community of Mount Pleasant. Landmark acted in a coordinating role with the architect, engineers and the Town of Mount Pleasant, to come up with an aesthetically pleasing design to showcase a tenant's upscale goods and services. On behalf of the Owners, Landmark developed the pro-forma, obtained financing, syndicated the equity, monitored the construction process and procured suitable tenants. The project was fully leased in its first year.
