Eugene W. Blanton (President)
Landmark's President, Eugene W. Blanton has been a vital part of the economic development and marketing of the Charleston Metropolitan Area for almost 40 years. Landmark, under his leadership, has created three industrial parks totaling 325 acres, three shopping centers, a number of individual offices, manufacturing plants, distribution warehouses and commercial buildings. He has extensive construction, development and syndication knowledge and experience. Blanton is the Broker-in-charge of Landmark, and is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and participates in other local, state and regional real estate organizations. He has attended many special schools of SIOR, National Association of Realtors (NAR) and National Association of Industrial Office Parks (NAIOP).

He is the owner of Blanton Construction Company and is a licensed general contractor, holding a South Carolina General Contracting license Group #3, Unlimited.

Blanton is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science degree and is a graduate of Southern Illinois University with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.

Stephen R. Blanton (Vice President)
Stephen Blanton has been with Landmark Enterprises since 1997. His experience includes construction, land development, industrial and commercial building development, and project financing. He also has extensive construction project management experience through his work with such construction firms as McDevitt & Street Company (now Bovis Lend Lease), Pepperdam Construction Company, and The Ceco corporation as well as through his cooperative engineering education work with the Charleston Naval Shipyard Design Division while an undergraduate engineering student. Stephen Blanton received his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University, his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of South Carolina, and his Master of Science degree in Real Estate from New York University. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the National Association of Industrial and office Properties (NAIOP), the Rotary Club of North Charleston, SC and is a private pilot.

Lynn L. Blanton (Financial Manager)
Landmark’s Financial Manager, Lynn L. Blanton has been a vital part of Landmark’s development and management team for almost 20 years. Lynn manages all accounting functions for the many regulatory agencies.

Gregory C. Blanton (Commercial, Industrial, Build-to-Suit Broker)
Greg Blanton, a Vice President of Landmark has primary responsibility in Development, Construction, and Build-to-Suit projects. For Landmark, Greg developed Phase II of Pepperdam Industrial Park, a 65 acre expansion which included roads, water, sewer, drainage and development covenants. At the same time, he and Stephen Blanton coordinated the construction of a 60,000 square foot build-to-suit for The Scotts Company on a portion of Phase II. He has completed the Palmetto Commercial Center a 43 acre business park and coordinated the development and construction of the Berkeley Business Center a 45 acre business park. In this park and at other locations Greg has constructed buildings for Schenkers International, Trade Logistics, RR Donnelley, five buildings for Landmark Enterprises, Inc. and many other buildings large and small, totaling more than one million square feet. Greg is the owner of Pepperdam Construction Company, Inc. specializing in industrial and commercial construction of buildings, roads, drainage, and sewer. Greg holds a South Carolina general contracting license Group #4, classifications GB4, AP4, CP4, WL4, and EL4. These qualify him for general building, asphalt paving, concrete paving, water and sewer lines, and Electrical Installations up to $125,000 each. Greg is a graduate of Trident Technical College with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
