SIOR

The 2,800 professional members of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors who hold the SIOR designation meet the following criteria with few to no exceptions:

• Ethically sound
• Respected Industry Practitioners
• Average of 20 years experience

Individuals who are members of SIOR are experts in the following fields as well:

• Consulting
• Negotiating
• Appraising
• Maximizing investment property performance portfolio

They must demonstrate proven marketing ability and knowledge of the principles involved in the guidance and completion of real estate transactions before joining the Society.
